Sensitivity
The 1st way to improve your aim is to find the right sensitivity for you, this wil vary person to person, but people such as adreNtv and corehaven on youtube have made guides which will teach you how to find the perfect sensitivty for you. This is very crucial in improving your aim, playing with potentially the wrong sensitivty could greatly hurt your aim.
Crosshair
There are many different crosshairs that you can choose from to help better your aim, this is all personal preference, i prefer a smaller crosshair with a small gap, for me this is easy to tap at longer distances, and to burst at close range. To find your own crosshair download the map crashz crosshair generator from the workshop, in this map you can find what crosshair suites you best, either choosing a pro's crosshair or creating your own.
Training_aim_csgo2

This is one of the many maps that i use to train my reflexes as well as my flicks. As explained in the video by friberg, using this map will help improve your in game flicks, as well as your reflexes if you use it correctly. Adjust the duration of the targets to your liking, but make it a challenge, doing this will imrpove your aim greatly over time. Personally i like to do classic aim and the intensive fast aiming.
Fast Aim/Reflex training

This is the 2nd map that i use when i train, i try to copy what Scream does as much as possible, when i do this i se better results in game than when i try and do my own thing. When i practice this map i find that tracing the enemies heads and tapping is much easier, I also use this as a warmup before i play any games.
Aim_botz

This map is useful for practicing long distance headshots or one taps which is mainly what i use it for, stutter stepping while shooting also seems to help whenever i go to a deathmatch server. Try to flick from head to head and one tap when practicing. This will help in game trying to tap at long distances.
Training Bot Aim v4b

I know I use Scream a lot when referencing these maps, but hes just a god so deal with it. If you can trace the bots' heads while they are strafing back and forth then you are doing something right. I like to use the wall option as well as the doors, crates, covers, mainly tapping, tracing heads and stuttering. When using the covers you should try and use your cover that is in front of you, this will help in game.
Free For All Pistol Deathmatch
Go to Browse Community Servers and search pistol, countless servers should show up, most of which should be something along the lines of ffa pistol deathmatch, when in these servers, try to tap and aim for the head, use the glock, usps, or the p2000. These are the pistols you are going to use on arguably the most important rounds of the game, the pistol rounds.
Headshot only Deathmatch
Scream has always said that his aim is as good as it is because of countless hours of Hs only Deathmatch, stutter stepping and tapping should be the only things that you should do in these servers. The one thing i hate when I join one of these servers is people running around spraying and not even trying to aim, only getting a lucky headshot after about 15 bullets wasted. This does not help your aim at all, tapping and making sure you are aimed at the head will help you.
1v1
I only recommend these servers if you can find the maps that dont invole people just camping one spot and waiting for you to push. These maps are ones such as inferno banana, de_dust2_cat, some of the worst 1v1 maps. If you can find the actual good maps then it could potentially improve your aim.
Conclusion
This guide would have never been made without some inspiration from mostly one person, who told me that I should write a book Methfingers, this is dedicated to you. Hopefully these maps and videos can help you improve your aim as it did to me, I started out in MM as a silver 2, now I am an LEM, practicing my aim every day, putting in countless hours, and now I play in an amateur team in CEVO, my headshot percentage is also around 60% almost every game, and my overall headshot percentage is 56.9%, so obviously these maps and videos have helped me tremendously.
