Kuvaus
This is the old monopoly building (managing alcohol and tobacco) built in 1935. It is now the main complex for the Taiwan Alcohol & Tobacco Company (台灣菸酒公司) in the area.

This is the building more or less as it appears today, complete with lit-up billboards for Taiwan Beer.


The road has been removed from this asset by request.

Yeah fair point about the road. I think I did make a version without the road, but Ill have to check. Ill see what i can do

I would like to use this building, but not with the road as part of the asset. Since I use road anarchy I'd rather figure out placement and clipping on my own. If you ever felt like releasing a second version of this without the road, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the kind words. I've been in the process of cleaning up the file size issue. It's mostly textural. This asset's down to about 4mb now, and most of the others have been optimised as well. Thanks!

Hi, I'm a big fan of your assets especially since there isn't much in the way of colonial or Asian buildings but I'd appreciate if you could work on some better optimalization. 7 MB for a building is still a lot and some of your assets are double and triple that. Thank you for your work regardless.
