Grab an object, eg piano. (the strange rubber thing works best)
keep it in your hands, put below your feet while still holding it
and spam the jump button (space) it should work,
but if your having trouble getting it to work, hold crouch (ctrl) and spam jump

first grab object (eg red brick)
then put it above you
then jump while its falling, it should be launched.
works best with the ball object
