信用組合 Credit Association

Continuing on my quest to model a whole bunch of Colonial-era buildings from Hsinchu, this is the Hsinchu First Credit Association (新竹第一信用合作社). The structure was built in 1934 and still in this same location today. This is one of the more well-known historic buildings in the city.

This building is on Zhongshan Rd, next door to the central police station and a stone's throw from the municipal hall.

This asset is a level 3 unique building, equal to the tax office in stats. It has a 4x2 footprint. There is one parking spot, diagonal and blocking the door, because in real life there's always some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who's decided to park there instead of 20m down where there are legal spots open.

The light-up sign on the side of the building hasn't been there for about a decade, but it looks way cooler than the current sign so I decided to use it anyway.
