Almost all of the achievments is unlocked from going further on in the game, excpet two. Proletarians Unite! is achieved in ACT 2 I believe (correct me if I am wrong) . In the "main" room/area there is a book on a table. If you go over to it and check it out you will get the achievment.
Pesky Human is achieved in ACT 3 where you first off meet Dex the Robot, outside his main room you can press a button to the left. I pressed it 3 times for the achievment Pesky Human.
