How to build underwater! YES ITS POSSIBLE!

You can only build ontop of water but if you build on water with scaffoldings like in my screenshot you can displace ocean and build underwater, then fill it back in; thers a bit of a trick to it and im not going to get into to much detail but with a little quick thinking after viewing the screenshot you should be able to figure it out!

So if you haven't figured it out yet....
Start at the shore at sea level and start placing scaffoldings on the water, then delete all the ones up to the edge of the water so that their is a little scaffolding wall holding the water out, then dig out the next level, place scaffoldings on the new lower water level, delete them to remove the water, dig repeat!

well to be honest i only read up to the point where i read (there is a trick to it, figure it out yourself) and stopped readsing at that point due to reasons stated ;) Yes ok i was unfair inn calling you out on it... i was just trying to bait a response as to say your reasoning why you say things the way you did, maybe if you got rid of those lines people (like myself) would not call you a liar/get confused/keep reading beyond that point)

well i say lie because

1 if you havent figured it out yet... think about it and try it yourself
2 ***there is a trick to it** (more like dev console)
