How to remove 60fps cap

Never seen anyone explain how to do this on Steam so I figure why not make a guide to help others.

Download Bulletstorn .INI editor from http://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/580-bulletstorm-ini-editor/
Run the program and open the file StormEngine.ini found in \Documents\my games\BulletStorm\StormGame\Config
Search for bSmoothFrameRate=True found under section [Engine.GameEngine] and change it to
bSmoothFrameRate=False

Save the file, close the program and enjoy Bulletstorm with unlimited FPS.

NOTE: Make sure you close the INI editor program before launching Bulletstorm because it won't actually save the file until you exit/close the program.

Btw, i noticed you need to exit the game and restart it for Vsync ON/OFF to take effect, FYI

its still not very smooth though...
does anybody know why the game still stutters?
input polling seems to be at a pretty low rate?
and i feel like frametimes are all over the place...
has anybody played with the smoothFrameRate min and max settings to see if that helps?
