Preface
This is the Official SQUAD The manual and it is HIGHLY suggested that you read it first before playing. It has come a long way. Usgu's "Unoffical Squad Alpha Manual" has grown into the "Official Squad User Manual", just in time to introduce our game to the new Riflemen and Early Access players. This is for you, guys.

Using the manual
Obviously, read it, particularly if you are new to Squad. I also think that even Squad veterans can learn one or two things from the manual, too - so at least have a look through. You will see some background information at the start of the manual and troubleshooting and additional information at the end of the manual. Hopefully, all useful stuff for you guys.

The manual was created by Usgu on the SQUAD formus. All credit goes to him. I am just sharing this.

hello guys i am a girl from ukraine i really want to play squad but i dont have enough money can anyone help me i have a lot of free time so i can play with you anytime. I am 17 years old and my name is Lera. I will be very grateful for your help. I saved money for this game, but the war in the country changed my plans and the money that I had instead of entertainment, I donate to charity and do it myself.

There is a spelling error in the fourth chapter under the discussion of the huds ammo counter, it says a instead of are. :steamhappy:

@EightBitPixel: a lot of people already downloaded this manual, because they didn't have fun without a clue of this game. Also in the BF2 mod Project Reality, most of the gamers downloaded the new version of the PR Manual when major updates came out.
The same will happen in Squad :-)

If you people cannot be bothered to read a simple manual out of game before diving in, then you should reconsider whether this game is for you.
