CHARACTERS

Markiplier can be unlocked by beating the Jet Fighter stage on any difficulty level (the one where Pewd flies the plane, essentially a bullet hell shooter level). After you beat this level, you’ll be able to unlock him for 1,000 coins in the store.

CinnamonToastKen can be unlocked in the Generoll Barrel level. You need to beat the level on any difficulty first. After you do that, you’ll be able to go to the pants store and for 1,000 coins, you can purchase CinnamonToastKen.

JackSepticEye can be unlocked after you beat the Deep In The Mines level on any difficulty. After you make that happen, you can then go to the pants store and under the character menu, you will see JackSepticEye available. Like all of the others, he will be available for 1,000 coins.

Cryaotic, the oddball masked Let’s Player, can be unlocked after you beat the UFO computer level. Once you beat this level, you will be able to get him in the pants store, just like the others, for 1,000 coins.

To unlock the duck, you have to get all of the patches in every single level, on any difficulty. Once you do, you will unlock the duck’s position in the pants store. Go to the pants store, and then for 1,000 coins you will be able to purchase the duck

HINTS

YouTube stars
When you encounter other YouTube stars in a level, go to the "Pants" menu. You will be able to purchase attacks and defenses for a new character, as well as the character.

Health
Your energy meter (hearts) will shield you from most enemy attacks. However pits, spikes, and powerful attacks result in instant death.

Pugs
Use pugs as shields to take up to two hits for you during a level. When you reach the blue flag that denotes the halfway checkpoint in a stage, your pugs will regenerate for your next attempt.

Coins
Collect coins by completing levels. If you complete a level, you will double or triple your coin total. If you fail a level, you will keep whatever you have earned but it will not be multiplied. Replay and complete a coin-rich level under the higher difficulty settings to quickly earn coins. Coins are used to purchase power-ups, health upgrades, and unlock new characters.
Coins can be found throughout the levels, drop from killing enemies, and are awarded when finishing a level.
Finishing a game under the Hard difficulty will reward you with a double coin bonus. Finishing under the Bro difficulty will give a triple bonus. If you quit a level, you will keep all the coins found to that point.

Power-ups
Every level contains varying piles of leaves, dirt, clothes, snow, and garbage that hide power-ups, hearts, and coins.

Enemies
Some enemies can only be killed with special attacks. For example, T-Rex in the subway level can be defeated with a special move, such as the pug fart.
