Kuvaus
A 1:1 scale version of the 250 meters tall office/Residential building in Dubai.

Aspin tower is a 60 storey tall skyscraper located in 104 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

technical info :
building: 364 triangles and 2048x2048 texture
custom LOD: 42 triangles and 512x512 texture
after dark ready

It's the first building I've uploaded so far, so feedback is very appreciated.

@Paliku It's a lvl3 'growable' which means that they will automatically grow when your office zones has reached level 3.

@cjbleything Might do some re-texturing in the future. There are alot with this building i'm not quite happy with.

@rhah Yeah I agree. It was one of my first assets so there are flaws in both the texture and the 3d-model.

@Static Can't 100% say that I wont do any of the taller buildings on Zayed Road. But almost any of the smaller buildings with the exception of maybe Sheikh Essa Tower will I probably skip.
But I mean if you want to try to create any of the building on this road, I'd say just go for it.

I'd recommend maybe start of with a building that hasn't got so many different shapes etc. because there are some things you need to figure out like UV-mapping, adding textures (diffuse, specular etc.), tris-count etc.

This Marina 101 will not have a 1:1 unique building when it's pretty modified and not superdetailed at a current state. I believe @naskko26 had a 1:1 version of this model which he hopefully re-uploads to the workshop soon.
But for any future models I'll keep that in mind.
