Bobbleheads are rare and unique figures that can be found throughout the wasteland and are used to increase S.P.E.C.A.L skills and perks. This guide if followed to the end can give you two achivements:

They're Not Dolls... Collect 10 Vault-Tec bobbleheads

... They're Action Figures Collect 20 Vault-Tec bobbleheads

(There are a total of 20 bobbleheads in the wasteland)

#8 - Melee (+25% Critical Damage with Melee Weapons) - 10:38
[Location: Trinity Towers]

#9 - Strength (+1 Strength) - 12:22
[Location: Mass Fusion Building]

#10 - Lock Picking (Lockpicking is permanently easier) - 13:48

#11 - Speech (Vendors have 100 more Caps for bartering) - 15:55
[Location: Park Street Station / Vault 114]
[Requirement: During or after main story quest "Unlikely Valentine". This quest starts in Diamond City]

#12 - Energy Weapons (+25% Critical Damage with Energy Weapons) - 18:24
[Location: Fort Hagen]

#13 - Unarmed (+25% Critical Damage with unarmed attacks) - 20:39
[Location: Atom Cats Garage]

#14 - Endurance (+1 Endurance) - 21:11
[Location: Posiedon Energy. If you have master lockpicking, enter through the roof. If not, enter through the drainpipe by the water]

#15 - Agility (+1 Agility) - 22:37
[Location: Wreck of the FMS Northern Star]

#16 - Luck (+1 Luck) - 23:40
[Location: Spectacle Island]

#17 - Small Guns (+25% Critical Damage with ballistic guns) - 24:19
[Location: Gunners Plaza]
[Requirement: Loot Recording Room key from Ryder inside this place]

#18 - Big Guns (+25% Critical Damage with Heavy Guns) - 26:30
[Location: Vault 95. High level area, set difficulty to very easy and run past enemies]

#19 - Medicine (Stimpaks heal 10% more Dmage) - 27:35
[Location: Secret Vault 81. Buy 3 fusion cores from Vendors to enter Vault 81. Then talk to Bobby in the reactor room and to the Doctor on the lower deck. Leave the vault and sleep for 24 hours. Then return to the doctor. Accept the quest and follow bobby.]

[Location: Parsons State Insane Asylum]
[Requirement: Must be level 10+, kill some guards outside the Asylum. Then talk to Edward Deegan. He has 4 random spawn places: Colonial Taphouse & Dugout Inn in Diamond City, Third Rail in Goodneighbor, Bunker Hills. After talking to him the "Special Delivery" quest is triggered. Complete it and the follow-up quest "Emogene Takes a Lover". This will start the quest "The Secret of Cabot House" and get you access to the Asylum.]

or u could just go to the fallout Wiki where they not only tell u in wich building the bobby is but also where to find it in there as some are pretty easy to miss if u dont know where its located like in mass fusion where its located right on top of a statue overlooking the interiour plaza, or the one at the wreck of the fms northstar!

I think I rather search for them without tutorial, much more interesting to find things without help. But thx anyway for helping people.

take all these nice ID´s, copy them into a texteditor, edit every line like:
"player.additem ID#", dont forget a ";" at the end of the line. do this 20 times (one line for each ID#), then save the file as ".txt" and copy it into your "Fallout 4\data" folder...
start the game, open the console, type "bat"<space>"and the name you given to your file", press enter, close the console and cry "bingoooooo" or whatever...

From this time on, everytime you start a new game you can push your new character with all these funny Bobbleheads... and no one is getting lost... and by the way...

the bat you wrote works with every item ID# you want to play with...
