Have you managed to fix this problem, I too am having this problem and I can't seem to find a fix online

Then u should play it on that PC, u won't be able to find a fix for this until u know what the hell it is in the first place.......there are many reported bugs for horizontol and vertical black lines appearing on the screen but nothing that looks like this
