well for starters the bullet max velocity is nearly 4500(normal bullets around 1620), though the laser starts at the velocity of 0(muzzleflash effect) it have acceleration at 10000, so basictly the bullets are very fast, almost as fast ac the L1WAC beam.

just aim at where the plane are then shoot some leading could help, take note that the laser beam have some slight tracking/homing

How does this laser work? From what i see, it clearly don't use the gunsight lead. So how do we aim with it?
