So basically all you have to do is to open you console and paste those commands one by one!

bind "w" "+forward; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "s" "+back; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "a" "+moveleft; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "d" "+moveright; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "CTRL" "+duck; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "SPACE" "+jump; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "MOUSE1" "+attack; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"

and... DONE! now you have the rainbow crosshair (dont forget to buy unicorn)



































if you want to get rid of the rainbow crosshair re-type those commands but without
- toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"

so...type:
bind "w" "+forward
bind "s" "+back
bind "a" "+moveleft
bind "d" "+moveright
bind "CTRL" "+duck
bind "SPACE" "+jump
bind "MOUSE1" "+attack
