How To Play : Sledge

Sledge is an attacker from the SAS British CTU
His special 'gadget' (if you can call it a gadget) is the Caber sledge hammer which is able to breach through walls and barricades with just a single swing.
He has medium armour and medium speed.
He has 2 primary weapons:
M590A1 - Pump Action Shotgun
L85A2 - Assualt Rifle

I would recommend the L85A2 assualt rifle simply because i prefer rifles over shotguns and thir range is way better than shotguns.

He also has 2 secondary weapons:
P226 MK25 - Pistol
SMG-11 - Submachine Pistol

I would recommend the SMG-11 submachine pistol as it has a insane rate of fire at 1270 rounds per minute so it is perfect for pining enemies down to the ground quickly.

He also has 2 gadgets to carry:
Frag Grenade
Breach Charge

If it is Secure Area or Bomb game,I would choose the frag grenade to clear out the objective room. If it is an Extract Hostage game though,I would choose the stun grenades just to be on the safe side.
Again all of these selections is personally what I use so you can go with any loadout you want.

How to Use Sledge
Preperation Phase
Do I really need to explain it to you guys? Use your drone and find your objective. Done, simple.

Action Phase
Take note that your sledgehammer has a durability bar so once that is gone, you cannot use your sledgehammer anymore.
He can cooperate with Glaz,Ash,Sheilds to either make alot of holes on the map to wreak havoc with Ash, or to open up sightlines for sheild operaters, Glaz and Twitch(Assuming you are using the 417) to shoot through.
Use his sledgehammer to knock down walls, ask a sheild operater to fill in the gap while an enemy is shoot at him, flank the enemy From behind and take him out.
When you breach a trapdoor from above, make sure to throw a frag grenade into the room to clear it(unless its the hostage room). Like this you can Kill Enemies camping or scare anyone who survives the blast.

How to use Sledge? Get out the SMG-11, down everyone cause it doesn't have enough ammo in one clip to kill, and then kill all of them with the sledgehammer.

I don't think you should ever go without grenades, even in hostage. I mean, let's face it. You're not gonna deplete you hammer in any one single game. I believe you can hit a total of twelve thing with it(?). Which is more then enough. Your hammer is essentially a much quicker breaching charge and for that reason I don't think you should ever use the breaching charges. Just be weary of where you're throwing that grenade and you should be good to go.

Why do you need breach charges anyway? I made alot of holes but I never used my slegdehammer completely lol
I like to use the shotgun in combination with the smg so I'm fine for all ranges.
Most important is to make holes in walls, so the enemy gets nervous because they have to cover so many entries, that they will make a mistake, f.E. Changing position
