How to Play : Pulse

Pulse is a defender with the FBI SWAT CTU.
His special gadget is the heartbeat sensor which can sense enemy heartbeats.
He has very low armour but has very high speed.
He has 2 primary weapons:
M1014 - Semi-Auto Shotgun
UMP45 - Submachine Gun

Pulse is a good operator for roaming so i would recommend the M1014 shotgun.

He also has 2 secondary weapons:
M45 Meusoc - PIstol
5.7 USG - Pistol

I would recommend taking the 5.7 USG if you are taking the M1014 shotgun.

He also has 2 gadgets to carry:
Barbed Wire
Nitro Cell

As you are roaming most of the time, I would recommend the nitro cell as it can help you take down sheilds if you encounter any.
Again all of these selections is personally what I use so you can go with any loadout you want.

How to Use Pulse
Preperation Phase
First of all, if you have the operater Rook on your team, go and pick up his armour plates first as Pulse has very low armour so that plate may save your life.
Place down your reinforcements and quickly run to a room which is near the objective room but not directly beside it, this is where you can use your heartbeat sensor.

Action Phase
First of all, get on the cams, determine where the enemies are coming from, if the cam you wanted to look at was already shot at, recall where the cam was and head towards that direction.
Once you are near the room that the cam was shot, deploy your heartbeat sensor and scan for any enemies. If you scan an enemy and your are on the oposite side the wall beside the enemy and it can be shot through, take out your shotgun and start spamming shells at him. You will eventually get him through the wall. If not, quickly run away and try not to get shot at, if you encounter a sheild operator, throw your nitro cell and detonate it, hope that it kills the sheild. Reposition yourself and repeat this process.

His shotty is semi-auto, meaning you don't need to pull back the pump, Auto is just holding that shit down

shotguns are unreliable and only a good choice if your bad

lol.
they take care of enemies extremely quickly and since its an auto shotgun you can easily take 2-3 enemies on your own as opposed to his smg, which will quickly run out of ammo when spraying and even if you're aiming for headshots, they're likely aiming for headshots too. Which you're at a flat out disadvantage, asumming there is more then one enemy pushing you.

Shotguns are great when you're alone. And are excellent for holding against larger pushes
