Making your profile Snowy

This will only be shown to them that also downloaded the Chrome Expansion and this will only be able for them who got google chrome and you can't see it on other browers
Download the Google Chrome Expansion here http://pastebin.com/bW5cdZHj (Open the link in the box and press skip ad after 5 sec)
Now open the steam website on google chrome
Go to your profile by click your image in the top right
Now click "Edit Profile" under your steam level
Scroll down until you see "Custom Theme" and "Custom Background"
Now in the "Cutsom Theme" click the down facing arrow and select "Holiday Profile 2014"
Now click "Save" under it and press login with steam and there you go
If you also wanna change the background go to the "Custom Background" and click the down facing arrow and hold h down until you get to "Holiday Sale 2013/14" and select on of them. Now in the tab under you can choose which of the background you want. :3 (I like the "Holiday Sale 2014" the "Snowman" background)
When you are done click "Save" again and login again and there you go

Making your profile picture Snowy

If you already have Photoshop then just scroll down. If you don't have gimp or Photoshop just follow the gimp thing.

Gimp Free Software

If you don't have gimp go on this site http://pastebin.com/5zERjX1c (Open the link in the box and press skip ad after 5sec) and download it (It will take sometime because their server are slow)
Install gimp
You need to download this psd file the snow thingy http://pastebin.com/6Q9LHRXV (Open the link in the box and press skip ad after 5 sec)
Now go on your steam profile on a internet browser
Right click on it and press "Save Image As.." and just save it on the desktop
Start gimp and drag your steam picture and the psd file into gimp
In the "layers - Brushes" window do so your steam picture is under "Layer 2" and "Layer 2 Copy"
Now press "File" and "Export as..." Now in the top give it a Name and write ".jpg" after it with out no spaces
Now at the right bar select "Desktop" and press "Export" and then press "Export" again
Now just close gimp
Now go onto your steam profile and press "Edit Profile"
Scroll down until you find something called "Avatar"
Now press "Choose File" on the left side click "Desktop" and then double click your picture
Then click "Upload" Scroll down and press "Save Changes" And there you go now we are done

Photoshop Paid Software

Download this psd http://pastebin.com/yTMpw2Y4 (Open the link in the box wait 5 sec and press skip ad)
Open your internet browers and go on your steam profile right click on your steam image and press "Save as..." save it on the desktop
Now open photoshop and drag in the 2 files
Now over in the layers take your steam profile picture and place it under the "Layer 2" and "Layer 2 Copy"
Now go into "File" and press "Save as..." Now on the right side choose "Desktop"
Write in a File name under the file name click it and choose "JPEG" and press "Save"
Now close Photoshop
Now go onto your steam profile and press "Edit Profile"
Scroll down until you find something called "Avatar"
Now press "Choose File" on the left side click "Desktop" and then double click your picture
Then click "Upload" Scroll down and press "Save Changes" And there you go now we are done

Can I make this permanent for steam, or is this just for the website?
