There are six missing boxes somewhere before and up to Bruwaro Ruins. The guide says 131/220 but I had 137/220 by then. Must backtrack again later to find them.

Currently backtracking again, done up to Village of Lokka. Have found one of the six missing boxes in Dauhl Laboratory.

I'm still missing six boxes so I must have "lost" yet another one before and up to Raness Tower. The guide says 159/220 but I have 165/220.

I found another missing box in Mount Nordon, the count now is 160/220 vs 165/220.
Another missing box was in Ohlu Tower, the count is 161/220 vs 165/220.
Another box in the Bruwas Ruins makes the count 162/220 vs 165/220.
I miss-counted a box in Ohlu Tower, the count is again 161/220 vs 165/220.

There are currently three missing boxes between beginning in Archleign City and finishing Bruwas Ruins (my count was 137/220 and the guide's 134/220) and one missing box between beginning Village of Pamyuht and finishing Raness Tower (my count was 165/220 and the guide's 161/220).

Added another area and updated the box count in Grande's home (thanks Kotsure). My current count is 202/220 and the guide's 199/220.
There are currently two missing boxes between beginning in Archleign City and finishing Bruwas Ruins and one missing box between beginning Village of Pamyuht and finishing Raness Tower (and another 18 I have yet to find).

Updated the box count in Dauhl Laboratory and Yorlnil Cave (thanks again Kotsure). My current count is 202/220 and the guide's 199/220.
If my count is right there are still three missing boxes between beginning in Archleign City and finishing Bruwas Ruins (and another 18 I have yet to find).

I'm currently exploring the last part of the game in order to finish up quests (legendary items ftw), leveling up, fighting in the arenas etc. I have yet to enter Speranza's lab but I'll get to it as soon as I'm ready. Hopefully I'll find the rest of the boxes in there so I don't have to backtrack for the nth time.
