1. Make sure that you have enabled the developer console.
2. After that open the console press ~
3. After you have opened the console, paste these commands. Important: you need to insert individually.

bind "s" "+back; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
bind "a" "+moveleft; toggle cl_crosshaircolor 1 2 3 4 5"
