While this guide didn't help me at all, it did get me into the special olympics for people with leg disablities, and i won high jump (0.1 m). I had to use steroids to get that .1, but it was worth

If you've ever tried to jump wearing a full combat load with weapons out, you know how realistic this is. You only climb, crawl, and fall.
