How to Catch Trophy Rainbow & Brown Trout for Monies

Gears

Casting Rod, use 2-4lb test(I use 4lb Braid) so you can cast far enough to get the feesh
1/4oz Purple Spoon
Rainbows: Aim at the Waterfall across the lake.
Browns: Aim at the Rockface on the left
Lift and Drop retrieve
Once you hit 100ft just reel in. Under 100 feet the bite is slow and the snags are plentiful.

Area: Trout Lair
Make sure you check your charts (blue graph on the left) to ensure you're fishing at peak time. Typically runs 12pm-5pm. I've heard you can catch a unique Rainbow Trout here, but I've yet to confirm it.

I checked out your guide and cast in straight away i hooked on brilliant for browns. Even one time I hooked on lost it hooked agin lost it and got one the 3rd time on the same cast jeez they love to fight tho thanks great video:)

Thank you. Worked just like you said it would. When I first fished here, I left frustrated and down in the Credits Dept. However your clear instructions now has made this a preffered fishing spot. Much obliged. :)
