This build is commonly seen played by Arteezy and EternaLEnVy.
It focuses on getting easy farm items: aquila, wand, poormans, quelling, then going to a fast Boots of Travel and farming all over the map using your remnants and BoTs.

This is the build Arteezy spams in his pubs in order to climb MMR, and is in most cases played heavily on his stream.

It is also worth noting that while both players don\\\'t take the value point in slight of fist, it can be useful (used with your searing chains)
