open up your computer and locate your mouse. move it over to the steam icon on your desktop and open up the video game "nuclear throne". there you should find an abundance of everything that isn't melting's b skin and ask "how do I unlock this purely cosmetic character skin and worthless steam achievement" and get answered by jw's sweaty fist into your face

if you have a melee weapon the throne sucks cock so its pretty easy if you make it there

Large Wallaby, most loop bosses are pretty E.Z because you most likely already have Ultras or weapons that will either save your ass or make killing enemies a lot easier. Melting B is hard because it pretty much means you have to kill the throne without getting hit at all. Think of it as beating Hush as pre-buff Lost for 15+ levels.

Spoiler: most of the other B skins require you to defeat loop bosses.
In terms of difficulty, and considering Melting is one of the main 5, it pales in comparison to above.
