Description
Discount from the Merchants to make it a little easier to gear up at the start, Most is 50% or less from the Merchants. And I also lowered the weight on most of the consumables and left high tier item's alone.

thought I seen it say the % of the item goes up to scale with your level, been a minute sense I poked around in the modding part of the game but you're probably right. My Foo

The price of what exactly? The prices of some items do scale but it's not based on level, it's based on either running out/low of that item or buying some but not all of them. If you always buy all or none and never run low prices will never increase.

The price is a % to what level you are, the higher the level the % in price goes up. think it was like 1 or 2% increase in price to every level you go up in.
