NERV center Hospital of the original was Building No. 1, a building consisting of Building No. 2, but misappropriated another building because there was not the document except the central roofed passage connecting buildings.

Can anyone else confirm for me that this building does not send out vehicles? It treats patients but no ambulances spawn. I watched the entrance for 15 minutes and nothing happened.
