Nope, it would be a hole in the wall for the plant.
Can't place a wall when a plant is in the way, can't remove the plant it's part of the scripted house. :steamfacepalm:

man i if i was bethesda i would have tottaly done this with everything that touches a wall, so when people come in to play test or do whatever they get a good laugh out of it
