if you are like me and cannot play the New steam versions of COH in steam offline mode but can with the older steam versions this is how you play this mod or any other on the 2.602 version!

1. download this mod on steam everything will be copied into your company of heroes relaunch folder during this.

2. after the donwload is done go into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch and copy everything that has EAW in it. copy all of them. then paste into your older coh game folder in my case C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes

3. second go to your steam game in the library and right click go properties. then launch options. paste this line -mod europe_at_war you may replace the "europe_at_war" part with any mod name so long as its the ame as the main folder. for example do you want to run The Great War 1918? then look at the main folder name of TGW. it is "tgw" so simply it becomes -mod tgw

and you can launch. and yes all mods work with this version.just remember this process and you will be able to play offline
