Vanilla ragdoll physic but with limb collision

Unlike other the previous phys mod I deleted a code in .qc when decompile common infected file, of course I had to rename .phy file to the same as the .mdl file since almost all CI models, L4D1 and L4D2, use the same physic model which is called anim_common.phy. This one a lot stiffer, which is probably why they make they didn't make the limbs collide with everything.
