Red Scope Lenses + Transparent Parallax

Affects any scope that uses the default purplish scope effect. If you find something that this doesn't affect and you'd like it to, let me know and I'll get on that.

In addition that, as a matter of convenience, this lightens up the intensity of the parallax effect. I opted not to get rid of it entirely because otherwise scopes just look rather silly when they're down, but on the other hand it can be frequently obtrusive when the scope or weapon aren't quite lined up right.
