You'll have to place the downloaded vpk from the addons/workshop folder of this & paste it into the main addons folder for this to work, nothing else I can really do about this.

Well, with all the survivors replaced for the time being on the L4D2 side, I figured I'd put this out to rename the survivors according to their respective Pokemon as of now. So, here it is.

Ok, i'm looking at your mods, and i can't see the Zoroark or Mewtwo Models that you use for this mod in your group of mods. Where are they?

@harrismyles60 Subscribe to the add-on, let it download and launch l4d2. Once it installs, go to the left4dead2 folder located in Left 4 Dead 2 from your steamapps. Navigate to addons/workshop, & find the vpk file that matches in name with a .jpg file of this add-on's thumbnail. Copy that vpk & paste it into the root addons folder. Then reboot the game & you're done.

@Lyle It's not exactly something on my end to fix, I've found. From what I can tell, workshop replacements for the file this is meant to replace don't work properly, as I'm assuming the closecaptions file needs to be loaded from bootup, which workshop items do NOT do. To get this working correctly, You'll have to go into your addons folder, grab the downloaded vpk from the workshop folder, then paste it into the main addons folder so that it loads on boot-up. This should fix the problem.
