Knowing the position of your enemy is, without a doubt, a huge advantage.
This radar has high contrast color scheme and is geometrical accurate.

Keep in mind that this is a toggle command, press once to mute and once again to unmute.

Go to "Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\resource\ui"
There should a radio panel file, open it up.
Open this one up and copy all of its content[dl.dropboxusercontent.com].
Paste it over your original radiopanel.txt.
(Backup the old one first, in case of causing any bug.)
Save it.

Lastly, restart the game, it should work like this, if you didn't change the order.

-language english, or for example -language portuguese changes your CS:GO's
language; If you want to have fun, type -language pirate there.

-novid removes the anoying start up logos.

-tickrate 128 sets the tickrate to 128 instead of the default 64. (you need to join a 128tick server in order to make this command useful.)

-high puts CS:GO's process in high priority.

-d3d9ex reduces CPU usage by about 40% therefore increasing FPS, and makes alt-tabbing instantaneous.

What's an autoexec.cfg file?

An autoexec.cfg is quite literally an automatically executed configuration.
A text file generated by the user, or saved by the user, that tells the game which settings the user would like to use while they play.

First of all you'll need to go here:
"\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg"

Once there you'll have to make a new file called autoexec.cfg, the best way is to make a new notepad document, open it, then save it as "autoexec.cfg" with the file type selection box on "All files (*.*)"

Then open this blank document in notepad, then that's it, you have a blank autoexec.cfg file. You can now fill it with your own commands you wish to run every time the game starts.

3- Download it.

4- Now set it as your avatar on steam.

We will set it for it to automaticaly execute itself at launch.

Copy this text[pastebin.com] and paste it at the very end of your autoexec file.

Then go to CS:GO launch options and write -console into it.

You may need to resize the console so that our lord and savior's image isn't corrupted.
