Medium Security Prison

This is my first prison which DOESNT require unlimited money. But i did it anyway for the following reason: Youre supposed to keep expanding your prisoner capacity when events are enabled. The mayor will send you a lot of prisoners mostly by Bulk Event. This is really pesky so i had it on for just that. There tend to be a lot of paroles and deaths in the prison. Failure conditions are on, but Legal defence research hasnt been completed. Also 10 lawyers are in service, which means (By game bible, Page 36) that your chance of being fired gets erased (I believe, please tell how it gone if you do happen to be in this case.) It has the following staff:

40 Workman
170 Guards
7 Armed Guards
10 Doctors
50 Cooks
5 Gardeners
24 janitors
35 Dog handlers
All Administrators + 10 Lawyers

Also a little extra outcome of 400 $, but gets filled up by the workshop's exports, which go up and down, max 7000 $. Also you should be having shakedowns sometimes for the following reason: Theres some contraband which goes beyond the detection capacity (Wooden Pickaxe, Lighter, etc). Also if you got gang members, please put them on supermax. Why? Theres a dedicated cell block for gang members. There are 6 guards stationed around there (1 extra if one goes idle). If you need to build things in gang member cells send them to solitary, but be prepared for the free ones to do ungratefull stuff.
