No Cooldown For Vampire Werewolf and Nightingale Powers

I dont know were you got new npcs from. But it sure is not from my mods. The only thing that these mods do is change a line of code that determines the classification of the powers and there for what there cooldown is.

Or to put it in another way, it makes other powers work the same way that Khajiit night vision does for example.

Neither of these mods touches shouts at all.

If by "all powers" you mean you racials then I have the "No Racial Power Cooldown" mod. However if you are referring to any powers outside of racials and the ones in this mod then no.

The two mods should work just fine together form what I recall when testing them back then.
If what you are asking is if I have a mod that is the two of them in one then no I do not.

i haven't moded for skyrim in years now and it's very unlikely that I will ever take it upp again, but if there was any power in particular that you hade in mind I might be able to do something about it.
No promeses however.

Tried it but for some reason it disables your ability to attack as a werewolf.
