Throughout the hubwork you will find collectables called Soul 'Arbiter's Scrolls'. Each one will give you a infomation into getting to the heart of the maze There are ten of them in the game. However these are also "Soul Arbiter's Sacred Scrolls" which are items which give you directions to the loot on each floor of the Soul Arbiter's Maze; non essential, but tantalising.

Ok, you've got this far, now to face the big bad of this quest. The Soul Arbiter isn't as challenging a foe as it may seem after surviving all ten levels of his maze. He's no push over however. he's very agile and can deal pretty lot of damage.

Primary Attacks:Series of rapid strikes. Causes knockback
Secondary Attack: Ground Pound [Shockwave]: Causes knockdown. Large amount of damage dealt. Can be Avoided by staying at a distance.

I don't recommend using Death Grip in the battle with the Soul Arbiter; it won't do too much good here. Instead, use standard attacks, such as Harvester Revenge. It also pays off to apply special Wrath attacks, such as Harvest.

After you have dealt a certain amount of damage (About 3/10th's of his health) The Arbiter will go into a protective barrier and summon Skeletal Archers.

Note: You cannot hurt the boss while he is in his bubble. Focus on killing his minions until he comes out of his shield. Resume the offensive after this and he will be vunerable. This is not the last time he will do this however.

After a little while, and as you whittle his health down even further, the Arbiter will retreat behind his shield and send his skeletons after you again. This time Skeletal Champions are introduced along with Archers. Rince and repeat: Kill the minions and his shield will drops.

Finally, after taking down 2/3rd's of his health, he will summon an Undead General, however he still attack while he commands his army. This makes the encounter a little more complicated.
Just evade him while dealing with his welps and when that's done; focus all fire on the Soul Arbiter The Reaper Form is especially useful at this point as it will allow you to easily kill the General quickly, and maybe having some to spare to hammer the Arbiter until death.
