These are mods that may be having problems with current version of Cities Skylines, they might have conflicts with other popular mods, or they might duplicate functionality that other mods already provide. These might be worth trying out, or waiting to see if author updates them, or might be useful in the future. You definitely don't want to subscribe to all of these at once.
