Step 1:
Install NVSE and come back here. HERE is a guide on how to install it.
Step 2:
1. Download the mod from HERE[www.nexusmods.com].

2. Extract the content (5 files) to your "Data" folder where the game is installed, usually the default path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\

3. In the game's Launcher, click on "Data Files" and enable "Sprint Mod.esp" and click on OK.

4. Sprint using the shift key in-game, if you use a controller, you need to bind the shift key using xpadder or something.

5. RUN FORREST, RUN !!!

No, but console commands will disable achievements for that session. Just re-launch the game when using console commands; Or, for convenience, theres a mod that effectively disables that script.

mods in nv don't disable achievments rights?

Yeah, Lambda, I had recently re-installed everything and it all works now. I just needed to learn how to use FOMM, cause I am a noob.

Really? Its not worth getting because a little extra work to install the MCM menu? Also, IT HAS THE MCM MENU INSTALLED WITH IT, all you need is FOSE and FNV4GB [<-- May not need this, but my massive amount of mods made me need it]

Mr. Dai, if Project Nevada would just work then that would be fine and dandy. But because MCM doesn't work then Nevada doesn't work/isn't worth getting.
