In the end of Episode 1, you have to choose to go with Axel and find Magnus the Griefer!

When you play Episode 2, and you complete Mission 3 you will get the Achievment!

rly? you make a fishing pole in ep 1 and get the bow when axel throws you it with 1 arrow

doing this version can get you a bow still so i think you should make the fishing pole after you make the arrows
