Every hero hate's traps, however O.P is from the "Skill Hero" family, meaning they hate traps the most!

Place traps whenever you can! One well placed trap and destory an O.P within seconds!

Any FPS veteran will tell you Height Adavantages can be very useful and devastating for anyone underneith, as a Ninja you can do a lot of damage and bleed damage from enemies without them even noticing where you are! If your defending keep an eye on these spots, the most common example is Mountain Express's first cube.


Defending up there isn't easy since it can take a bit to get to the top, so it's best to prepare for a Ninja instead of saving it for later, seriously placing 1 Radar up there can save your entire basing from being bombared with shurkins.

What is the problem with this map?

If you said "It has next to no radars" you are right! The ultimate counter to any assassin class is awareness and spotting him/her early, placing a lot of radars can stop a Ninja from being sneaky!

For every postive there's a negative, and Ninja has three large ones, which is his low health, lack of destructive options and his inability to out DPS tanks,

Cogwheel

Cogwheel is a tanky monster and can do a lot of damage, smart Ninja players often stay away from a Cogwheel unless they have an advantage, however most Ninjas go running in which ends up them being more shredded then paper.

Cogwheel is the best counter for Ninja, play him and Ninjas will start becoming less of a problem, and more of a free kill.

Roly Poly Fat Fat

Roly like Cogwheel is very tanky, unlike Cogwheel though Roly is immune to crits/headshots, meaning that Roly can just stand there with her ability and just shred a Ninja while he tries to ambush her, however unlike Cog, Roly's weapons are a bit hard to aim at first, plus if a Ninja or two tries to get you, you can dash away or release a cloud of toxic gas!

Roly is a scary enemy for a Ninja, play her and you will see them ignore you most of the time!

Sweet Science

Sweet is pretty much a Ninja on roids, he can do a lot of damage to weaker enemies like Ninja, Nigel or Tony, and when they try to escape, he has the Blitz Dash and Gravity Pull to bring them back! Ninja and Sweet conflicts often happen since they are mortal enemies since they have simlar objectives most of the time and clash, however Sweet more then often comes at the top thanks to his damage and his ability to heal himself.

Sweet is the Dog and Ninja is the Cat, and when you play him, you can see why.

Nigel

Hold on... Nigel? Why Nigel? He's a sniper, isn't Ninja his counter?

No my dear friend, Ninja and Nigel are balanced around each other since they have counters to counter each other. While a Nigel will die easily if he fights a ninja 1v1, the main thing that Nigel has is traps, Nigel can place beartraps, caltrops and Tiki Heads to shred Ninjas. Plus Nigel has his ability to find a Ninja hiding, and even the Ninja's nest!

Don't fight a Ninja 1v1 as Nigel because you will die, a lot, place traps to make sure that Ninja doesn't cause any trouble!

O.P Juan

Fight fire with fire they always say! The best way to counter a Ninja is to be a Ninja yourself, Ninja can place traps to discourage other Ninjas from going to certain areas, plus if a Ninja is running away, you can easily catch up! Plus the bleeding effect shreds all light heros.

Becareful when fighting another Ninja, because he can do the exact same as you, but if you play your cards right, the enemy Ninja becomes useless.

I hope this guide helps you with your troubles against a Ninja, yes he is annoying at first, then he just becomes a free kill.
