I can't remember from which game the turret looks like.
Didn't find this addon on workshop , so I uploaded it here.
It completely changes the floor turret model and adds a custom shoot sound.
(It may be a little buggy.)

This NPC turret is located under NPC - Combine:goldgear:

It's a replacement to the regular combine turret
