somehow i had this mod without even subscribing it came by default when i downloaded my game

Is this mod cheaty? Yes. Does it assure victory in every city? No. I do like this mod, as it is a nice boost, and while it may seem overpowered, it does not mean you will win every city, or that everything will go perfectly.

not much like 5-10 radom supplys each.

are people Rating this? cause i keep seeing it have 5 Stars when i click on the game but when i click on this mod it says not enough ratings!
