Montserrat - Carribean

This map is old and far from current standards. I am planning to update it in the near future.

Tropical map based on caribbean island of Montserrat which is one of the Lesser Antilles.

The map does not reflect real Montserrat shape. In general, the original island was not changed much, I have added a bit more land for better gameplay.

This map is a challenge as it has just one highway connection and one railroad connection - which you cannot use whe you start the map, because it is located on the other side of an island. Be prepared for heavy traffic. Maybe using cargo ships is not such bad idea?

This map has many valleys, coves, and mountains, which makes it really fun to play and encourages creative thinking and good planning.

- Optimized for 25 tile gameplay.
- All resources available.
- All outside connections available (only one highway and one railroad).
- Diverse coast with coves and beaches.

I strongly suggest using mod that allows you to play on 25 tiles.

Please don't ask about LUT I used. I do not remember, especially After Dark it is hard to find good one.

I used custom terrain textures with Terrain Texture Replacer . Those textures are now gone and I plan to make custom map theme for this map, but actually any tropical one looks good :)
