Did you delete the GMA file?

1: Shut down Gmod, and un-subscribe this from steam browser.

2: Open your Gmod addons folder.
[steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons/]

3: Search this addon file and if still exist, delete it with manually.
[metal_gear__sahelanthropus_camouflage_536957531.gma]

4: Re subscribe from steam browser,and run your Gmod.

@1bHC I'll see if I can locate and delete it's GMA file, and wait for it to redownload. I'll let you know if I manage to fix it.

I tried re-subscribe this file, but doesn't occur those polygon-missing.
So I think your faced trouble coming from dawnload failure.

Try un-subscribe and re-subscribe.。
