Hello everyone, I spent approximately 8 hours playing through this game to get everything (Now that you ask, yes, I have absolutely no life), and I wanted to share the guide that I've culled by playing it. Below will be both girls and the destinations that are associated with them.

Makoto
  • Asakusa
  • Ginza
  • Shinjuku
  • Roppongi
  • Tsukiji

Akira
  • Akihabara
  • Ikebukuro
  • Shibuya
  • Mt. Takao
  • Kabuki-za

The Skytree destination will start out with both girls, but eventually they'll ask you to choose between the words "Sky" and "Ocean."

Sky -- Makoto
Ocean -- Akira

I also noticed (feel free to correct me if I am wrong) that if you choose a destination with the same girl on Day 1 and 2, then at night on Day 2 there will be a festival event that triggers. Proceed and they will eventually ask you which girl you want to see the festival with. This is self explanatory, just pick the girl you want.

Furthermore, it seems that if you choose a destination with one girl on Day 1 and then on Day 2 you go somewhere with a different girl, then it seems to prompt you on the evening of Day 2 if you're going to sleep early.

If you say that you're really tired and want to go to bed, the game will proceed normally.

If you say you have to do research for tomorrow, the Comiket event will be triggered. During this event, Akira will ask you if you have anything in mind you want to buy.

Yes -- Akira will accompany you
No -- Makoto will accompany you

Lastly, it seems that when you go out with the same girl 4 times (if you did any of the above events), then you get different endings for each of them.

After doing all these, you should have all CGs

I hope this all makes sense and if I made any errors please let me know. This is my first time writing a Steam Guide.

Looking at the Scene Replay section for GGN2015, there appears to be two endings for both Akira and Makoto, and thus far, I can confirm that Skytree+Ocean and Akihabara for the first two days, plus subsequent choices for Akira lead to Akira Route B.

Can anyone corroberate my suspicion that whether Comiket or the festival are triggered is a determining factor in the route selection?

With the 2016 DLC there seems to be 3 endings for each of the girls. Also, the map shows which girl will be your guide at each location.

As jayive35 says, it seems you have to visit Akihabara one day 1 or 2 to get the Comiket event. The festival should also have a trigger. probably Ginza or Asakusa. I'm testing it ;-)

I think you have to go to Akiba on day 2 to get the Comiket event.

I would like to say this is a pretty good guide.
A few things I would add are: to get the old endings from the first release of the game you have to select different girls on outings. I know that might seem self explanatory considering how you mentioned the endings for going with the same girl 4 times. But i thought that should just be briefly mentioned to get the other CGs.

Also like Zombieknochen said you may want to add in how to unlock the special alternate festival to get to comiket for going to Akihabara on day 2.

And to make things easier if you are lazy and dont want to play through the game over and over you can go to the "sightseeing album" to unlock other CGs and albums. For example you can go through the Comiket with Akira but then go back through the same sightseeing album and then instead go with Makoto and it will still unlock Makoto's CG.
