M40A1 Illuminated night sights + Bullet texture fix

Beskrivning
Standalone version of the illuminated night sights I made for my tan M40A5, in case you're using a different rifle. This is only a texture; if the rifle you're using has a different set of irons than the default M40A1, I'm afraid this isn't for you.

This also includes my fixed bullet textures, because sure why not.

This only fixes the rounds for the M40.
