Yea, they put it that high because shit already weighs a stupid amount. Gotta do that to be able to carry any reasonable amount in the first place, taking away that amount is just going to force people to take more weight. It's just god damn annoying and excessive. Not sure what world they're from where fur pants weigh some 15 lbs or whatever the hell it's set to now.
