It's brilliant to look at and totally in your face, and I had a brief love affair, but then it developed multiple problems of crime and garabge pile-up (even with police station right next door), resulting in the occupation fluctuating wildly between 1,400 inhabitants and 3 inhabitants. So I've called it a day with this one. Shame, as it's exactly the sort of building I wanted in my city.

I tried a bunch of other tools and Sketchup was the easiest for me. Well, I suppose the Spore editor ( http://news.cnet.com/i/ne/p/2008/spore_building7_550x413.jpg ) is easier...(̿▀̿ ̿Ĺ̯̿̿▀̿ ̿)̄

I used SketchUp. Easy-to-use tools as compared to other cases correct, but too difficult for beginners. :)

Thanks! That's a lot better. What modeling program do you use? Sketchup is really good for architectural design due to the inference points (but you need to watch out for angle/point snapping) and certain versions are free.

Reduced the model of tris cut a window in the building. (3854 tris)
I am beginner. It was a very difficult task. No longer it seems difficult reduce.

It's just a huge amount of polygons and with a city of 130K my fps is falling dramatically now.(GTX 560m 3GB.) Not saying it's entirely this building's fault but a lot of the buildings in the workshop have huge numbers of triangles and this one probably has the most that I've seen... even though it is mostly flat.

If you want, I can give it a try and see if I can reduce the triangle count. (I am good with Sketchup)...

Problem is not solved in the game system.This is for the purpose of decorating the city. It is recommended to use in the planned city. A typical residential building is using a small (HR5 4x4) model or use the 'Building Eyedropper Tool' there is a way to substitute another building.

Creating textures using only the outside of the quality seems to be falling.
Reducing the weight of the texture is being considered.

I hope you manage to fix the margin issue. The tower pops up all over the place and I don't want to keep deleting things.

Also -- 14k tris? That's "a bit" heavy!!! You can make the sides into textures.
