cl_updaterate 100 - Updates game more frequently.
cl_cmdrate 100 - Always keep this equal to your update.
rate 30000

cl_minmodels 1 - Makes all Ts look the same and all CTs look the same.

Basics.

-This isn't CSGO, so don't buy a p90 or anything other than AK, Colt, AWP, or a deagle.
-The more you play, the better you get. In short terms, play a lot.
-Play on VAC Secured servers, this only applies to you if you are on a steam account.
-Find a comfortable sensitivity and resolution to play on. Me personally I play on 800x600 with a .9 Sensitivity. (800 dpi)
-Try to have fun in the process. You aren't playing for money, enjoy yourself!
-Wall banging is super effective, use it.

Weapons.

-DO NOT SPRAY WITH AK, BURST OR TAP!
-SPRAY WITH THE M4!
-Same goes for all guns really.
