Newly appointed Manstein as commander of the newly created Army Group Don (Heeresgruppe Don), tasked with mounting a relief operation named Unternehmen Wintergewitter (Operation Winter Storm), to reinforce the German hold on the city of Stalingrad.
Launched on 12 December, Winter Storm achieved some initial success. Manstein's three Panzer divisions (comprising the 23rd, 6th, and 17th Panzer Divisions) and supporting units of the LVII Panzer Corps advanced to within 48 km (30 mi) of Stalingrad by 20 December at the Myshkova River, where they came under assault by Soviet tanks in blizzard conditions.

Hey bro, REALLY loved the skin soo much!! Ive been using this one extensively on every game I play than the others! It would be really great if you could fix the ones on the wehrmacht side. Only both of the "STUG III's" specifically.. They seem to be worn out and faded too much including the skirt armor. If you could do a little tweek, ill be more than just thankful. Keep up the good work tho! :D
