@cowdy501 What? "Can we ask for permission to use these on servers?". Anybody can ask for permission to use this file, you don't have to ask whether or not you can ask for permissions furthermore you don't even have to ask for permissions because this is a file that was uploaded on a public platform where access is readily avaliable to the public.

When people upload content to the workshop they don't upload it based on the intention that the content should never be used.

I'd suggest you not waste various peoples time and do some proper research, such as reading the Steam Workshop TOS: http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/ and the Garry's Mod Workshop Rules: https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Steam_Workshop_Rules
