this is a guide on how to change weather to be "spooky" and have that constant storm affect and the orange gloomy skies. this is really a useless guide and is only meant to provide a different aesthetic look in vehicle designer.

Pretty neat. Never thought about it this way. Now if you could just clean up the guide that is supposed to make the game look aesthetically pleasing (Ironic, I know). :)
